Provisional Government of 1814 (1 April to 2 May 1814). 5-franc coin, depicting Frederick William III of Prussia’s visit to the Paris Mint, designed by Tiolier, Special Strike (SP) 1814, Paris.
Obverse: FREDERIC GUILLAUME III. KING OF PRUSSIA. In the centre: ANGEL OF PEACE; below, PARIS and Tiolier’s cursive signature.
Reverse: GALLIA REDDITA EUROPAE. / APRILE 1814. Three fleurs-de-lis within a globe.
