FRANCE - FRANCE Louis XVIII (1814–1824). 5 francs, dressed bust, 1815, I, Limoges. Obverse: LOUIS XVIII KING – OF FRANCE. Clothed bust of Louis XVIII facing left, with the signature TIOLIER F. below. Reverse: PIECE DE – 5 FRANCS. Crowned coat of arms of France, between two laurel branches, with (variant) (date) (mint) below. G.591 - F.308; Silver - 24.99 g - 37 mm - 6 h PCGS AU58 (58336929). Trace of a split die on the obverse. Slight wear on the high reliefs. The patina is grey, with a slight bluish tinge. Superb.
