Obverse: LOUIS XVIII KING – OF FRANCE. Clothed bust of Louis XVIII facing left, with the signature ‘TIOLIER F.’ below.
Reverse: In the field, in six lines: H.R.H. / MONSIEUR / Count of Artois / VISITS THE MINT / OF MARSEILLE / 4 August 1814.
