Obverse: NAPOLEON EMPEREUR. Bare head facing right, with the cursive signature ‘Tiolier’ below.
Reverse: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. Within a wreath formed of two branches: 2 FRANCS; below (variant) (date). (mint mark).
