Top Pop: this is the finest graded specimen! From the George Sobin collection, sale of 15 March 1984, lot 956; subsequently sold at the Downie-Lepczyk auction, 11–12 September 1987, lot 209; then part of the Richard Margolis collection.
PCGS AU55 (49883059).
Only 887 copies were struck! This is the rarest issue in the series. Free from any major flaws, this intact specimen shows only minor circulation marks and slight flattening of the relief. Slight golden patina. Almost Superb.
