Louis-Philippe I (1830–1848). Gold token, Compagnie des entrepôts de Chemins de fer Heim et Compagnie, a subsidiary of Rothschild Frères, by Souchot ND (before 1832?), Paris (Souchot).
Obverse: HEIM ET COMPIE. Barrels and bales, one inscribed ‘EC’, with an anchor, beneath a caduceus.
Reverse: ENTREPÔTS / TRANSPORTS. A steam locomotive on the right; below, the signature SOUCHOT.

Extremely rare small octagonal gold token, unhallmarked (pre-1832?), with a fineness of 800‰. Hairline scratches in the fields. Superb.
