FRANCE - FRANCE Second Empire / Napoleon III (1852–1870). 20 francs, bareheaded, 1858, A, Paris. Obverse: NAPOLEON III – EMPEREUR. Bareheaded head facing right; below (variant) BARRE (variant). Rev. EMPIRE FRANÇAIS. Within a closed wreath of two branches: 20 FRANCS and (date), with the mint mark in the exergue. G.1061 - F.531 - Fr.584; Gold – 6.43 g – 21 mm – 6 h NGC MS 64 (8769663-015). With a matt patina on the fields, showing only minimal signs of handling. Superb in mint condition.
