Obverse: NAPOLEON III – EMPEREUR. Bare head facing right, below (variant) BARRE (variant). Reverse: EMPIRE FRANÇAIS. Within a crown formed of two branches: 10 FRANCS (date) and below (mint). G.1014 - Maz.1618d - VG.3414; Gilded bronze - 21 mm - 6 h Top Pop: these are the finest graded examples! PCGS SP66 (34174745 and 34174746). Special strikes (SP) with a smooth edge.
