Obverse: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. The winged Spirit of the Republic, standing facing right, engraving the word CONSTITUTION on a tablet, flanked by a fasces on the left and a cockerel on the right; in the exergue: the signatures A.B. and Dupré.
Reverse: LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ. Within an oak wreath: 100 FRANCS (date); below (variant) (mint) (variant).

This is the third-highest grade! Only three specimens graded 65 and one graded 65+ are higher at NGC out of 121 graded specimens.

A few scratches or bag marks on the obverse and reverse. Slight flattening on the Engineer’s hairband. Light, uniform golden patina. Superb in Mint Condition.
