Obverse: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. Winged Spirit of the Republic standing facing right, engraving the word CONSTITUTION on a tablet, flanked by a fasces on the left and a cockerel on the right; in the exergue: signatures A.B. and Dupré.
Reverse: LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ. Within an oak wreath: 100 FRANCS (date); below (variant) (mint) (variant).
