Obverse: A couple, standing behind a parapet, gaze out to sea.
Reverse: ‘L’ACCALMIE’. Scene of a shipwreck stranded on the seashore and destroyed; signed J. M. MICHEL CAZIN.
Maier 21; Silver – 226.36 g – 67 mm – 12 h
On the edge, hallmarks (horn) SILVER (lizard) and number 14. Only 91 copies were struck in silver and distributed to members of the Société des Amis de la Médaille Française.
Matt finish. Minimal signs of handling. Superb, in mint condition.
