Obverse: REPUBLIQUE - FRANÇAISE. Bust of the Republic facing right, wearing a Phrygian cap and holding an olive branch; signature DANIEL-DUPUIS.
Reverse: LIBERTE EGALITE FRATERNITE / (date). The Republic facing left, with a child. Cartouche inscribed 10 C.
