FRANCE - FRANCE Fifth Republic (1958 to the present). 20-centime silver Marianne coin, burnished proof (PROOF) 1962, Paris. Obverse: RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE. Clothed bust of the Republic with long hair facing left, wearing a Phrygian cap; signed LAGRIFFOUL. Reverse: LIBERTE EGALITE FRATERNITE. Within a wreath formed of a branch and an ear of corn: 20 CENTIMES (variant) (date) (variant). GEM.56.P2 - KM.P348; Silver – 10.2 g – 23.5 mm – 6 h With its original case and certificate no. 43. NGC PF 64 (8772187-026). Burnished (PROOF) blank with mirror-finish fields and matt reliefs. Only 50 copies struck. Very slight fingerprints and a light patina. Superb, mint condition.
