A cross pattée flanked by four small rings bearing the letters P at 2 o’clock, A at 4 o’clock, X at 3 o’clock and S at 1 o’clock. S.1257; Silver – 1.38 g – 19.5 mm – 3 h With several labels: “ex mack 1446”, “Spink 82” and “from Duke of Argyll and Lawson sale 19/7/54 lot 185”. PCGS AU58 (56278454). The blank is slightly warped. Beautiful, glossy anthracite patina with golden highlights. Superb.
