GREAT BRITAIN William and Mary (1689–1694). 5 guineas, 1693, London. Obverse: GVLIELMVS. ET. MARIA. DEI. GRATIA. Side-by-side busts, to the right, of William, wearing a laurel wreath, and Mary. Reverse: MAG. BR. FR. ET. HIB. REX. ET. REGINA (date). Crowned shield. KM.479.1 - S.3422 - GH.52 - Fr.299; Gold - 38 mm - 6 h NGC MS 60 (6876739-001). With the raised edge inscribed: DECVS ET TVTAMEN ANNO REGNI QVINTO. A fine scratch on the cheek and a small dent on the lock of hair by the right ear. Retains its original lustre with a beautiful golden colour.
