GREAT BRITAIN George IV (1820–1830). Crowned 1821, London. Obverse: GEORGIUS IIII D: G: BRITTANIAR: REX F: D:. Laureate bust of George IV facing left, with the signature ‘B. P.’ below. Reverse: St George slaying the dragon, signature ‘B.P.’; with the date in the exergue. S.3800 - Fr.376; Gold - 21 mm - 6 h PCGS MS63 (30440771). Appears as a burnished blank with satin-finish relief on mirror-like fields. Only minimal marks are present on the fields. Superb in Proof condition.
