Obverse: Side-by-side busts of Victoria and Albert facing left. Reverse: PRINCESS ROYAL / NOV 21 1840. Bust of the Princess facing left. BHM.1956; Gold – 0.45 g – 6 mm – 12 h Top Pop: this is the only graded example! PCGS SP66 (46909979). Special Strike (SP). With a golden patina. Proof condition. To mark the birth of Victoria Adelaide Marie Louise, known as Victoria of the United Kingdom (1840–1901), eldest daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She would become Empress of Germany and Queen of Prussia during the 99-day reign of her husband, Frederick III of Prussia.
