S.4147 - KM.904; Copper-nickel – 23 mm – 12 h Top Pop: this is the only graded specimen! From Heritage World Coin Auction 3021, 6 January 2013, lot no. 21112. NGC PF 66 CAMEO (3497407-004). On a burnished (PROOF) blank with a cameo effect (CAMEO). Extremely rare and the only one graded by NGC! Mint condition.
