Within a wreath formed of two branches: 20 LIRE. G.IT 55 - MIR.440/2 - DMP.1003 - Fr.860; Gold - 6.45 g - 21 mm - 12 h This is the second-highest grade! PCGS MS62 (50544930). With a very attractive golden-orange patina, the original lustre is still clearly visible on the reverse. Minimal signs of wear.
