Obv. VI FACTA VIA EST. Prince Eugene of Savoy-Carignan on horseback facing left, directing the bombardment of the city of Lille; (date) in the exergue.
Reverse: HAEC FECERVNT HI TRES ARMI POTENTES DEI. 2. SAM: 23 [Samuel 23:17] (forming a chronogram). Set against a crosswise arrangement of French flags, the three medallions of the victors: PRINCEPS EUGENIUS / PR: ET. DUX. MARLBOUROUG / GENERAL. OVVERKERKE; signature J. BOSKAM. F. in the exergue.
