Obverse: UMBERTO I – KING OF ITALY. Bare head facing right.
Reverse: Within a wreath formed of an oak branch and a laurel branch, the crowned Shield of Savoy, surrounded by the Annunciade necklace; at the bottom (900) and (hallmark).

The gold specimen is in burnished flan with a mirror finish, whilst the silver and bronze specimens are in matt burnished flan. Uncirculated.
