Obverse: CHARLOTTE GRAND DUCHESS OF LUXEMBOURG. Head of Grand Duchess Charlotte wearing a diadem, facing right; below, the date; in front, the signature JN LEFEVRE; behind the neck, the word ‘ESSAI’.
Reverse: GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG. A crowned shield bearing the coat of arms of the Grand Duchy, supported by two lions; below, ‘100 F’ and the signature ‘JNL’.
