Obverse: CAROL II REGELE ROMANILOR. Bare head facing right; outer border formed by a crown of thorns.
Reverse: 8 IUNIE 1930 – 8 IUNIE 1940. Crowned royal cipher and outer scroll decorated with six escutcheons; in the exergue 20 LEI.
