Obverse: A crowned double-headed eagle with outstretched wings. It holds a sceptre and an orb in its talons. On its bust, the coat of arms of the city of Moscow is surrounded by the collar of the Order of St Andrew. On the wings are the coats of arms of the kingdoms of Kazan, Astrakhan, Poland, Siberia, Taurida and Georgia, and of the Grand Duchies of Kiev, Vladimir, Novgorod and Finland.
Reverse. Within an endless wreath: *5* КОПѢЕКЪ (date) (mint).
