Nicholas II (1894–1917). Medal commemorating the centenary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, designed by F. Rasumny, 1902.
Obverse: Legend in Cyrillic. Side-by-side busts of Nicholas II and Alexander I on the right.
Reverse: Inscription in Cyrillic. Under the protection of a crowned double-headed eagle with outstretched wings, an allegorical figure seated on the right, holding a scroll and extending an olive branch towards a young man holding a torch; signed F. RASUMNY.
