Obverse Within a border of thirteen stars, the head of Liberty facing left wearing a diadem inscribed ‘LIBERTY’, signed ‘J. B. L.’ and with the date below.
Rev. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA/ TWENTY D. Eagle with outspread wings.
