Obverse. Within a border of thirteen stars, a left-facing head of Liberty wearing a diadem inscribed ‘LIBERTY’, with the date below.
Reverse. ‘UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ / ‘TEN D.’ A spread-winged eagle.
