Obverse. Within a border of thirteen stars, head of Liberty facing left wearing a diadem inscribed ‘LIBERTY’, with the date below.
Reverse. ‘UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ / ‘TEN D.’. Eagle with outstretched wings.
