Obverse. Within a border of thirteen stars, head of Liberty facing left wearing a diadem inscribed ‘LIBERTY’, with the date below.
Reverse. ‘UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ / ‘FIVE D.’ Eagle with outstretched wings; mint mark below.

NGC AU 55 (6517817-014).
Slight metal loss behind the nape of the neck and a small flat spot on the rim at 3 o’clock on the obverse. The fields are tarnished with minor handling marks. Superb.
