Annam, Bao-Dai era (1926–1945). 6 tiên or philong (1st-class Kim-Bôi), with a pendant and fringes of multicoloured pearls ND (1926–1945), Hué.
Obverse: Khài Dinh bao giam ‘Precious coin of Khài Dinh’ in four characters surrounding a flaming pearl.
Reverse: Flying dragon (Phi Long) on the left; countermark.

This specimen was presented to Mrs Albert Desrues in 1930, accompanied by her certificate: “The Emperor conferred a gold plaque known as Kim-Bôi, 1st class, with a chain and fringes of multicoloured pearls”.
Total weight (this example weighs approximately 24 g). With a countermark (a sort of ‘P’ and ‘T’ superimposed in a monogram). A very fine, complete set. Barely cleaned, with a golden patina. Superb.
