ROCHETTE. A lovely Louis XV-style chest of drawers with a curved front and flared sides, made of rosewood, amaranth and palisander veneer, decorated with floral basket motifs. It opens to reveal two drawers without a crossbar. Decorated with gilded bronze fittings. Top in Aleppo breccia marble. Stamped. Late 18th century. L.98 W.53 H.87.
