BIRCKLE. (Attributed to). A LOVELY LOUIS XVI SECRETARY with a drop-leaf top, made of precious wood veneer and decorated with marquetry depicting musical instruments surrounded by drapery. It opens to reveal one drawer featuring quatrefoil motifs within interlaced patterns. The doors are decorated with fruit and flowers within ribbon motifs. Beveled, fluted side panels.
