François FLEURY. A lovely Regency chest of drawers in a crossbow shape, made of violet wood veneer with leaf inlay. It features five drawers in three rows, separated by a brass fluting. It is framed by rounded side panels with fluted recesses. The sides are flared and beautifully inlaid. Stamped. Features a substantial top of veined red marble from the Languedoc (re-glued). 18th century. L.136 W.63 H.87.
