Studio ALBANO. ‘Kotak’ chest of drawers in solid hazelnut-coloured teak. A rectangular unit with four drawers arranged in two rows, opening from the front. The fronts and side panels are adorned with an architectural chequerboard pattern, carved directly from the solid teak to form a regular grid. Each drawer is fitted with a rectangular brass handle with a matt gold finish. The piece rests on a recessed metal plinth with the same finish. Signed and numbered. W 110 D 45 H 85.
