Cabinet, Japan, Meiji period, in black lacquered wood with patinated metal fittings, decorated in the hiramaki-e, takamaki-e and nashiji styles, featuring mother-of-pearl inlays depicting eagles, pine trees and waterfalls; opens via two front doors with similar decorations of peacocks, waterfalls, rocks and peonies; the interior of the doors features a design of an eagle and sparrows, revealing eleven drawers flanked by tonkotsu, 101x107x58 cm
