A statuette depicting a female aulos player, blowing her double flute. She is wearing a blue-painted talar chiton and a white cloak. Beige ochre terracotta. Signs of wear. Old label ‘No. 1 Tanagra’ and Cartault bookplate. A very fine 19th-century copy, modelled on Hellenistic examples. Height: 15 cm. Expert: Mr LEBEURRIER
