THREE BRONZE MEDALS BASED ON DESIGNS BY P.S.B. DUVIVIER (1730–1819) AND C.J.F. CHÉRON (1635–1698). Two medals after Pierre Simon Benjamin Duvivier (1730–1819): - A bronze medal depicting Louis XVI, King of France and Navarre, on the obverse and Marie-Antoinette in profile on the reverse. Bears a signature and the date: 1781 Diameter 7.3 cm - A bronze medal depicting Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette facing each other in profile on the obverse and the birth of the Dauphin, on behalf of the six merchants’ guilds, on the reverse. Bears a signature: B. Duvivier f. Diameter 6 cm After Charles-Jean-François Chéron (1635–1698): - A medal depicting the Princess of Conti in profile on the obverse and Aurora personified in the likeness of the princess on the reverse. Signed: F. Chéron Diameter 7 cm Lot to be collected from the office at 8 rue Rossini, Paris 9th arrondissement, from 17 July 2026 at 3.00 pm. Provenance: the collection of Jean Pierre Guigo Bataillard, which has remained in the family ever since.
