MAS 38 machine pistol. The metal fittings are partially oxidised. Manufacture d'armes de Saint-Etienne markings. Number F33631. Magazine and breech blocked by neutralisation. Split stock with number F33631. Wooden grip plates. Leather sling. Some wear and patina. Condition II+. The MAS 1938 machine pistol was designed before the Second World War by the Saint-Étienne arms factory for the French Armed Forces. However, it was never used in large numbers by the latter, the MAT 49 succeeding it from 1950. 2+. Category C9 weapon. Firearms neutralised EU 2017.
