Exceptional silver-gilt letter opener, 88 zolotniks, with enamel, nephrite, and diamonds. Letter opener with a cylindrical handle decorated with yellow enamel featuring a garland motif, crowned with a horse's head. A nephrite blade with a laurel wreath is attached to the letter opener. A silver shield element set with diamonds and a ruby sits on the handle. In accompanying case. 29 cm. approx. 154 grams. Marked. In very good condition.
