Half of the rhombus is pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the half near the amethyst is set with brilliant-cut diamonds in loose bezels. Total approx. 1.70 ct. Head size 25x23mm. ø58. approx. 8.6 grams. In good condition.
