ILLE-ET-VILAINE (35) - "MONTFORT-SUR-MEU". 19th century. Original Sketch (probably by Félix Benoist) in graphite on wove paper. Situated "Montfort" lower left in grey pencil. Provenance: Fonds of the Charpentier workshop run by Pierre-Henri (1788-1854) and his son Henri-Désiré (1806-1883), printers and publishers based in Paris, then in Nantes (from 1854). 29.3 x 22.5 cm. B/C condition (tiny pinhole in the corners, traces of sunning and oxidation).
