LOIRE-ATLANTIQUE (44) - "CLISSON". 19th century. Original Sketch (probably by Félix Benoist) in graphite on wove paper. Situated "Clisson" lower left in grey pencil. Inscriptions at the foot difficult to read. Provenance: Fonds of the Charpentier workshop run by Pierre-Henri (1788-1854) and his son Henri-Désiré (1806-1883), printers and publishers based in Paris, then in Nantes (from 1854). 23.5 x 31.5 cm. Condition B (rare small handling stains, good overall condition).
