HAUTE-SAVOIE (74) - "Cascade de ST GERVAIS LES BAINS" (CHAMBERY). 19th century. Original drawing (probably by Félix Benoist) in graphite and enhanced with white gouache, on wove paper. Situated "St Gervais" lower right in pencil. Provenance: Fonds of the Charpentier workshop run by Pierre-Henri (1788-1854) and his son Henri-Désiré (1806-1883), printers and publishers based in Paris, then in Nantes (from 1854). 32 x 22.5 cm. Condition A (good state of preservation).
