VENDEE (85) - "Ruins of the Abbey of MAILLEZAIS". 19th century. Original Sketch (probably by Félix Benoist) in graphite on cream paper. Provenance: Fonds of the Charpentier workshop run by Pierre-Henri (1788-1854) and his son Henri-Désiré (1806-1883), printers and publishers based in Paris, then in Nantes (from 1854). 23.5 x 31.3 cm. Condition A (good state of preservation).
