Edition entirely engraved and illustrated by Oscar Dominguez with 31 full-page etchings framing Paul Éluard's autograph poems reproduced in facsimile, a coloured etching as a frontispiece and another on the cover. Edition of 221 copies, this one on numbered Lana pur chiffon paper. The leaves are in very good condition, the jacket and filled cover are partly browned with minor soiling. A fine copy. Provenance: Collection of the publisher Pierre Cailler (1901-1971)
