In-8° bound in full forest-green morocco, smooth spine, mosaic decoration on upper cover depicting a female face, camel box and emerald-green moire endpapers, gilt head, original cover and spine preserved, in folder and slipcase. Signed binding by Robert Bonfils. Decorated with numerous in-text illustrations by Robert Bonfils. Limited edition of 285 numbered copies, ours hors justification on Japon with a second version of the first chapter bound in. A very fine copy in a neat binding by Robert Bonfils, who also wrote the illustrations.
