ORDER OF THE LEGION OF HONOUR (1802) – SECOND RESTORATION (1815–1830) - KNIGHT’S STAR, miniature version in chiselled silver and enamel, centres enamelled in gold, 40 x 24 mm, obverse bearing the effigy of Henry IV (head turned to the right) on a radiating background marked ‘HENRY IV KING OF FRANCE AND NAVA’, reverse featuring three fleurs-de-lis on a lined background and the inscription ‘HONOUR AND COUNTRY’, ornate foliage, a crown surmounted by a fleur-de-lis, a fluted ring, slight losses to the enamel, a ribbon at the back, EM/ABE.
