INDIAN "AFTABEH" STYLE JUG Made of tin-plated copper, with a pear-shaped body resting on a pedestal, a straight spout and a serpentine handle, decorated with chiselled designs in slight relief and covering the surface, featuring floral stems and a central almond-shaped medallion. Old collector’s label on the base “No. 4”. (Without lid, soldering on the spout). North India, 19th century or earlier. A TINNED-COPPER POURING JUG, NORTH INDIA, 19TH CENTURY OR EARLIER.
