In-4 (32 x 24.5 cm) comprising [3]-40-6 typewritten sheets, bound with a spring-clasp mechanism, in a double marbled cover, the front cover bearing the title ‘Maroc’ in collage (with some missing sections).
An interesting travel journal of a group of 46 Swiss students travelling by train, boat and car between Geneva and Morocco (Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Meknes, Fez) via France and Spain (22 December 1946–21 January 1947), written by one of the participants, Eric Stein, typewritten and printed in four numbered copies; this copy bears the number II and is dedicated to two other participants, Fernand and Suzanne Roux, who have embellished it with 3 lovely original collages, 14 original drawings (including a map and 2 plans of Rabat and Fez), 129 photographs, a printed map of Volubilis and a newspaper clipping about the trip.
