Introduced in 1997, the Saltarello reference 43041 stands among the most original and technically intriguing creations of Vacheron Constantin during the late 20th century. Combining a jumping hour display at 12 o'clock with a retrograde minute indication, the model offered an unconventional yet highly elegant interpretation of timekeeping, showcasing the manufacture's continued creativity during a transformative period for the watch industry.
Production was strictly limited to only 500 examples, including 100 in yellow gold, 200 in white gold, and 200 in pink gold. Owing to its distinctive display and limited production, the Saltarello remains one of the rarest and most collectible modern Vacheron Constantin references.
